Reviews and Ratings
My stay at VT Tarnava Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was spacious and cozy, it lacked air conditioning and had an unpleasant smell. The WiFi connection was poor, and the breakfast left much to be desired. On the bright side, the staff was knowledgeable about tourist attractions in Bulgaria and the town, although they could have been more helpful with luggage. The location was excellent, close to all the key tourist spots, especially Tsarevets fortress, but the elevators felt small and claustrophobic. The dining experience offered a good variety of food, particularly cold cuts and cheese. Overall, the facilities were adequate but not exceptional.
The hotel has very spacious rooms, equipped with a PC, but lacking a standard bed for children. I had to use mobile data due to poor Wi-Fi coverage, which was a downside. The friendly service and helpful staff were located in a lovely area. The location, near Tsarevets fortress and the city center, was a major plus but the mattress was uncomfortable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were pretty on the inside, spacious, and comfortably wide, although they get plenty of sun early in the morning, so forget about sleeping in. The fact that it's an old house added a charming touch. The room was also nicely decorated, and it was a pleasant surprise to find my own PC there.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old town, just minutes away from the Tsaravets fortress. The rooms are spacious but show signs of outdated decor with some attempts at renovation falling short. The service was friendly and welcoming, although there were concerns about luggage assistance. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use some enhancements to the menu. The location is excellent for exploring all the major attractions, despite the occasional crowding near the fortress. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and it even had its own PC, which was a nice extra. However, the hotel had an unpleasant smell, and the WiFi connection was poor. The breakfast was just okay. The location was convenient, being near the old part of town, but the view from the balcony facing a school was not ideal.
